Our Office

In 1982, the firm acquired and converted for its office use a 1910-era three story red brick house at 401 Groveland Avenue known as the Ireys Mansion. The interior was completely updated, but remains graciously appointed with many unique historical details, including fireplaces and a sun porch. It provides a spacious and comfortable working environment quite distinct from a typical downtown office.

On the adjoining grounds are 10 free parking spaces within feet of our main front door. Overflow parking is permitted in the lot of the adjacent Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church. Our clients find our location to be extremely convenient; we are within one-quarter mile of several of the main freeways of the Twin Cities and can be reached without the congestion and parking challenges of downtown offices.
