Entity Creation and Governance

Christopher has considerable experience with corporate, limited liability company and partnership creation, governance and maintenance, and with succession planning for businesses transitioning ownership. He also assists clients with complicated investment structures for real estate equity raises including syndication transactions, drafting private placement memoranda and related documents, and Regulation D equity raises.

Residential and Commercial Real Estate

Christopher’s primary practice is all types of real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, purchase agreements, leasing and landlord/tenant law, 1031 Exchanges, development and construction, condominium formation and governance, and land use issues.  He has a wide range of expertise in all types of real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers, developers, and lenders.

Commercial Financing and Lending

Christopher has extensive experience with a wide range of complex financial transactions.  He represents both lenders and borrowers in connection with real estate and asset backed loans, business lines of credit, mezzanine financing transactions, and construction loans.

Small Business

Christopher assists small business owners with a wide range of legal needs and acts as an outside general counsel for his clients.  He drafts complex business contracts including buy/sell agreements, employment agreements, stock purchase agreements, and equipment leases.
